As the Senior Director of Sales, you will be responsible for channel strategies, sales forecasts, and driving brand presence across Canada for ASSA ABLOY’s DSS, Fleming, and Baron subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, your leadership will be pivotal in achieving aggressive sales goals and maintaining partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and direct business strategies for sales improvement
• Monitor and analyze sales forecasts strategically
• Identify and implement new commercial growth opportunities
• Lead and inspire teams towards aggressive sales targets
• Collaborate with partners to enhance sales channels
Requirements:
• Degree in business management or relevant field
• Proven experience in driving sales organization success
• Industry experience in doors, hardware, or related fields
• Aptitude for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships
• Proficient in data analysis for strategic decision-making
