- Lead the financial close processes monthly and annually
- Prepare journal entries and ensure reporting accuracy
- Manage work-in-process and inventory records
- Analyze manufacturing costs and costs of goods sold
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-3 years accounting experience in manufacturing
- ERP systems knowledge, with Sage 300 an asset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
