The Role
We’re hiring an Inside Account Manager to work directly with a Senior Sales Leader supporting high-value enterprise customers.
This role is ideal for someone who is extremely organized, resilient under pressure and naturally curious. You’ll be the go-to partner on our key accounts, driving action, elevating the customer experience, and helping unlock new revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with a Senior Sales Leader to support and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts
- Own the details! Follow-ups, documentation, CRM updates, meeting prep, reporting, and action tracking will be core responsibilities of this role
- Support customer relationships by responding to inquiries, coordinating solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Help identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by asking smart questions and leveraging data / insights
- Prepare and support sales proposals, quotes, presentations, and executive-level meetings
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, calm, and solution-focused

What You’ll Need
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related
- 2+ years’ experience in inside sales, field sales, account management, customer success, or business development in a B2B environment
- Understanding of basic corporate financials (balance sheets, income statements, cashflow, ROI)
- Strong research skills using online / external tools
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills (in person and virtual)
- Comfortable using MS Office, Teams, and CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent)
- Confident engaging with C-level executives
- Bilingual in English and French is an asset

- You will earn a competitive base salary starting at $58,000 - $63,000
