- Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of software products
- Attract, recruit, and develop engineering talent
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance
- Foster an innovative and collaborative engineering culture
- Oversee implementation of best practices and improvements
- Relevant university degree in software or technology
- 10+ years in software development, 5+ in leadership
- Strong software design and architecture experience
- Experience in Desktop and Cloud development is preferred
- Familiarity with C# & .Net preferred
