- Oversee critical results related to customer satisfaction
- 3-5 years of leadership experience required
- Exceptional communication skills are essential
- Experience in hospitality or retirement living preferred
- Strong budget and decision-making acumen necessary
- Knowledge of Jewish customs and culture considered an asset
