Become a Total Rewards Consultant for our Public Sector Client in Pickering, ON (Hybrid). Lead compensation and benefits initiatives that enhance employee engagement and talent retention. This 6-month contract position requires a professional with expertise in compensation, benefits, and employee reward programs. In collaboration with business leaders and HR teams, you will implement and enhance strategies that align with organizational goals. Candidates should possess strong project management skills and extensive experience in progressive HR roles. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert guidance on compensation policies
• Lead annual salary reviews and pay programs
• Design compensation structures aligned with business goals
• Conduct pay equity reviews and market analysis
• Communicate total compensation statements to employees Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• 3+ years in compensation and total rewards
• Experience with Canadian compensation programs
