As a Sales Representative, you will do more than sell cars. You will create experiences. From the first conversation to the moment a customer drives away in their new vehicle, you will play a key role in one of life’s most exciting purchases. Compensation and Earnings

• Earning potential of $100,000+ annually.


• To support your growth, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $682.69 per week for your first year, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build genuine relationships with customers by listening and understanding their needs


• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey, from first introduction to delivery


• Share your product knowledge and highlight the benefits of Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and pre-owned vehicles


• Deliver a consistently positive, customer-first experience


• Work with teammates to meet sales goals and contribute to dealership success


• Stay current on product features, promotions, and industry trends


• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage loyalty

What We are Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others


• Previous sales experience is an asset, but motivated learners are welcome


• Goal-driven and comfortable working in a commission-based environment


• Energetic, professional, and eager to learn


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
