Senior Brand Manager

- Define and lead the national brand strategy across Canada , taking into account provincial specificities (Quebec and Rest of Canada), multiple distribution channels, and market expansion strategies.
- Design and execute integrated national marketing and media plans (360°) , including digital strategy (social media, website, newsletters, and AI tools), retail media, budget management, campaign performance optimization, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
- Manage the brand and product portfolio , including new product launches and packaging optimization.
- Analyze market data and consumer insights (BI, NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator) to develop recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and optimize performance. Deploy consumer research and testing as needed. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners , including negotiation and management of contractual agreements.
- Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with brands and influencers.
