AO Globe Life is looking for motivated, coachable people who want to build a career in insurance sales while working from home. If you enjoy connecting with people, take pride in following through, and want room to grow, we would like to hear from you.

You will meet with clients virtually to understand their needs and sell permanent and portable life insurance, including whole life and final expense protection, along with supplemental health and accident benefits. Leads are provided at no cost, with training and mentorship to help you develop your skills.

What you will do

• Contact clients and schedule virtual appointments.
• Conduct needs-based insurance sales conversations over Zoom.
• Explain coverage options clearly and help clients complete applications.
• Follow up, maintain organized records, and build lasting client relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training and work toward personal sales goals.

What we are looking for

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
• Clear spoken and written English for client conversations and documentation.
• Confidence using a computer, email, and video meetings.
• The ability to stay organized and motivated while working remotely.
• A provincial life insurance licence, or willingness to complete LLQP and obtain the required licence.
