Your typical day at work:

As an Outbound Sales Associate , you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services. You will:

• Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers.
• Upsell and add-on products and services that fit with the customers' needs.
• Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
• Strive to understand the customer's situation and recognize their needs
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

You will be a great fit if you have:

• Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role where you have done outbound sales
• Minimum 6 months of sales experience
• Experience following a script
• The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
• Open availability to work within hours of operation: Monday to Friday 12PM- 9 PM EST and Saturday - Sunday 10am - 6pm EST
• The ability to connect the computer directly to the modem with an ethernet cord while working
