Are you motivated and outgoing individual looking for a dynamic sales career? Look no further! We’re hiring a Full Time Associate to join our expanding team. TELUS Communication is a leading national telecommunications company in Canada, a company that provides a wide range of telecommunications products and services including internet access, voice, entertainment, healthcare, video, smart home automation and IPTV television. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers at their doorstep.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers with informed purchasing decisions.
- Establish a positive and trustworthy relationship with customers to gain their confidence.
- Efficiently manage your time to cover a designated territory and reach as many potential customers as possible.
- Maintain a high level of self-motivation and persistence, as door-to-door sales can be challenging.
- Learn from each sales interaction and continuously improve your sales techniques and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Willingness to work outdoors and engage with people.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Commission dependent on rates associated to a successfully sold product- based on working 5 full days Mon-Fri.
