Business Class Leader in Right of Way
HDR
Enhance project delivery at HDR as a Business Class Leader in Right of Way services. This role focuses on empowering the Resources Business Group and driving technical excellence. As a leader within HDR's Right of Way team, you will ensure strategic growth and resource alignment while collaborating with sector leadership. Your expertise will guide project delivery, focusing on power, waste, and industrial sectors. By promoting superior service quality and operational success, you will significantly impact our business group. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate integration of emerging technologies into practices
• Support recruitment, mentoring, and development of staff
• Monitor industry trends affecting project delivery
• Coordinate right of way resource allocation across projects
• Advocate for quality initiatives and standards Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in right of way
• Proven experience in large-scale programs and client development
• Existing industry relationships
• Commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture Drive impactful change while leading HDR's Right of Way services toward operational excellence.
