Lead philanthropic efforts with United Way Centraide Canada as the Director of National Philanthropy & Partnerships. This strategic role focuses on revenue growth and donor engagement across North America. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Brand & Philanthropy, you will drive fundraising strategies to support both national and local United Way organizations. Your entrepreneurial mindset will enable you to coach other leaders while significantly enhancing funding opportunities through data-driven insights and donor stewardship. This position emphasizes collaboration with UWC network leaders to maximize overall impact and fundraising capacity. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute national and local fundraising strategies
• Cultivate and steward prospects, donors, and corporate partners
• Leverage CRM data for donor retention and upgrading
• Manage key reporting and proposal development with teams
• Drive cause marketing and sponsorship opportunities Requirements:
• 7+ years in fundraising or philanthropy roles
• Proven experience in strategic fundraising execution
• Proficient in CRM systems and business intelligence tools
• Strong writing skills for donor communications
• Experience in educational resource development Bring your expertise in fundraising and capacity building to United Way Centraide Canada and impact communities across the country.
