Canada G.P. is on the lookout for a Continuous Improvement Site Lead to spearhead initiatives that boost operational performance. Your expertise in data analysis and CI systems will be instrumental in identifying and prioritizing improvement opportunities. The CI Site Lead will work collaboratively across functions to support and implement actionable strategies while acting as the site expert.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage CI systems and performance tools for accuracy
- Identify trends and analytical insights for improvement
- Support production prioritization and troubleshooting efforts
- Facilitate continuous improvement workshops and Kaizen events
- Collaborate to develop operational procedures and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- 5+ years relevant experience with proven CI capabilities
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
- Proficient in analytical software tools
- Solid ability to influence cross‑functional teams
