Project Interface Coordinator Hybrid Role

Lead cross-discipline engineering coordination in a hybrid position as a Project Interface Coordinator. Ensure project deliverables are aligned and manage crucial interfaces across teams. This full-time role reports to the Project Manager, focusing on executing critical interface management functions. With 4-8 years of experience in engineering or project delivery, you will ensure proper information flow and resolve conflicts across various engineering disciplines. You will work closely with Procurement and Project Controls to track dependencies and manage integration effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and document engineering interface requirements
• Coordinate resolution of interface issues among disciplines
• Maintain and update the interface register consistently
• Facilitate timely technical information exchange among stakeholders
• Support risk management activities related to interface conflicts Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 4-8 years of experience in project delivery
• Background in multidisciplinary coordination
• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong communication and follow-up skills Focusing on effective interface management and coordination, this role is vital for project success.
