GPS Installation Coordinator Role

Lead the customer installation experience at GPS Insight as an Installation Coordinator. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deployments of GPS tracking solutions. This position focuses on end-to-end project management within a rapidly growing team at GPS Insight. You will oversee the installation lifecycle, coordinate third-party vendors, and serve as the primary contact for customers. Your problem-solving skills and client-focused mindset will be crucial for achieving project success and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full installation lifecycle from request intake to invoicing
• Select suitable third-party installation vendors for projects
• Coordinate scheduling and act as the customer point of contact
• Monitor 75-100 installations monthly for adherence to timelines
• Identify and escalate discrepancies to management teams Requirements:
• 1+ year in project coordination or technical support
• Familiarity with 12-24 VDC electrical systems
• Proven ability to manage concurrent projects under pressure
• Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
