Foundation Coordinator Role Available Abbotsford

Join a dedicated team as a Foundation Coordinator, driving impactful community initiatives and program logistics. Your support ensures successful program execution while engaging key stakeholders through effective communication. As the Foundation Coordinator, you will report to the Foundation Manager and closely collaborate with finance and directorial staff. This role encompasses program planning, logistics coordination, and community engagement efforts. You will translate ideas into actionable plans, manage outreach, and ensure mission alignment in all initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Assist in program planning and development for workshops and events
Coordinate program logistics from inception to execution
Track program progress, deadlines, and necessary follow-ups
Engage with community partners, volunteers, and stakeholders
Gather feedback from participants to improve future initiatives
Requirements Experience in nonprofit management or community engagement
Bachelor's degree required
Fluent in both French and English
Robust project management skills needed
Familiarity with tools like Wix and AirTable is a plus
