- Translate complex business objectives into decision strategies
- Lead changes for strategy updates and testing
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for optimization
- Minimum 7 years in collections strategy within finance
- Experience with decision engines such as CGI Strata
- Strong analytics skills with SQL and SAS expertise
- History of successfully deploying strategies
- Proficient in stakeholder management
