Community Ambassador/Customer Service

SALTHILL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC

Provide friendly, accurate information, directions & assistance to visitors, shoppers & tenants.
Represent Market Mall & promote its retailers, services, amenities, events & community initiatives.
Proactively assist guests & resolve inquiries promptly, courteously & inclusively.
Support marketing campaigns, community programs, seasonal activations & special events.
Operate guest programs & attractions, including Mini Golf, transactions, equipment distribution & recordkeeping.
Manage daily Guest Services Centre operations & respond to in-person, phone & digital inquiries.
Build relationships with retailers, service providers, community partners & visitors.
Document, store & handle Lost & Found items according to procedures.
Support non-profit partnerships, displays, table bookings & centre activations.
Collect event photos & observations for marketing use.
Monitor & report guest feedback, inquiries & trends.
Deliver public announcements & keep guest information current.
Maintain knowledge of retailers, services, promotions, policies, facilities & events.
Follow emergency response & safety procedures.
Contribute to an inclusive team & perform other duties as assigned.
