What You'll Do
As a Benefits Representative, you'll help union members better understand the benefits available to them by:
- Speaking with members through inbound and outbound calls
- Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments via phone or Zoom
- Explaining available benefit options and answering questions
- Assisting with digital applications and required documentation
- Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Developing leadership skills and advancing within the organization
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
- Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
