ACE Manufacturing Inc. is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Admin to join our close-knit team. If you're looking for a career where you can learn, take on new challenges, and work directly with customers across Canada, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll help facilitate sales by providing product pricing and lead-time information, entering orders, coordinating shipments, and working closely with production to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
You'll be learning and becoming confident in:
- Using our ERP system to access customer and product information
- Entering sales orders and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating delivery schedules with production
- Determining shipping requirements using product dimensions and weights
- Providing professional customer service by phone and email
Experience or qualifications that are an asset:
- Customer service, front counter, or inside sales experience
- Experience using ERP, POS, accounting, inventory, or CRM software
- Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, transportation, agriculture, or logistics
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Post-secondary education in business, administration, sales, or a technical field
