Customer Service Representative

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join the CARSTAR Saskatoon team. What You'll Do

Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Manage customer files, repair orders, estimates, and insurance paperwork.
Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, estimators, and management.
Schedule appointments and keep jobs moving efficiently.
Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete.
Assist with administrative duties and support daily office operations.
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
What We're Looking For

Experience in the automotive, collision repair, dealership, or insurance industry is preferred.
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
