Are you a driven and personable sales professional with a passion for helping clients build their brands? We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team, specializing in embroidery, screen printing, and promotional products . If you love sales, customer relationships, and creative branding solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals .
- Build lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients .
- Present and tailor product solutions to meet clients' branding and promotional needs .
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and company goals.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and high-quality order fulfillment.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings .
- Deliver exceptional customer service , ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in apparel, embroidery, screen printing, or promotional products is preferred.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills you know how to connect and engage.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented , and capable of working independently.
- Experience with CRM software & Microsoft Office is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively .
- High school diploma or equivalent
