Inside Sales Representative

This is a unique opportunity for a customer-focused Inside Sales Representativeto join a highly established company, a national wholesale distributor of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products. This role is fully on-site in Saskatoonand offers strong growth in a stable, team-driven environment.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Process orders and convert quotes into sales (primarily via phone)
• Manage key accounts and build strong customer relationships
• Grow existing accounts through upholding exceptional customer service and service standards
• Track orders, lead times, and support project coordination
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with internal teams

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 2+ years in customer service or inside sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Proactive, takes ownership from start to finish
• Comfortable learning new systems (ERP/Excel)
