Service Shop and Washbay Assistant

The RM Auto Group is currently seeking full-time Service Shop Assistants to join our growing teams across our Saskatoon dealerships. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in the automotive industry, offering hands-on experience and long-term career potential.

Daily Responsibilities

• Wash the exterior of customer and dealership vehicles.


• Perform basic interior cleaning and vacuuming of customer vehicles.


• Safely move and park vehicles around the dealership lot and service bays.


• Maintain general cleanliness and safety across the shop floor and lot areas.

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.


• Ability to safely drive vehicles equipped with manual transmissions (stick shift).


• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to vehicle care.


• Excellent time management skills and a willingness to learn.


• Professional, friendly demeanor with the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.


• General enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
