Commercial Property Claims Expert - TD Insurance

Elevate customer service within TD Insurance as a Commercial Property Claims Advisor based in Montreal, Quebec. Leverage your expertise in property claims to ensure timely and fair resolutions for our clients. As a member of TD Insurance, reporting to the Senior Manager, you will use your technical judgment and customer service skills to navigate the entire claims process. This role requires a dedicated approach to communication and accuracy, ensuring that each customer feels valued and informed during their claims journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear communication at every customer interaction
- Gather and verify information for thorough investigations
- Review insurance documentation for accurate assessments
- Maintain accurate claim reserves and support claims discipline
- Proactively update customers on claims progress
- 3+ years handling Commercial Property claims experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Valid AMF claims adjuster license
- Strong knowledge of commercial property insurance policies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
