- Facilitate stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- 7-8 years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Proven implementation of payroll solutions
- Expertise in Fast Formula development
- Strong client-facing skills
- Experience with Canadian Public Sector Payroll is a plus
