Payroll Compliance Business Partner (Mississauga)

Join an energetic team as a Payroll Compliance Business Partner, focused on Ontario payroll administration and employee benefits. Ensure accurate executions and compliance with legislative requirements while impacting employee satisfaction. In this role, you will lead payroll processing for the organization, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance, and external auditors to guarantee adherence to CRA regulations and recent payroll legislative changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle payroll processing for all employee groups
- Ensure compliance with CRA and provincial payroll regulations
- Manage all payroll remittances and statutory deductions
- Prepare for and respond to payroll audits effectively
- Maintain payroll governance through documented controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance
- 5+ years experience in Ontario payroll management
- Strong understanding of CPP, EI, and provincial regulations
- Experience with payroll audit support
- Advanced Excel skills for reporting
