Step into a leadership role as a Senior Payroll Compliance Business Partner focused on Ontario. Oversee payroll administration while ensuring compliance and enhancing employee experience. As a key player in payroll management, you will lead processing efforts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to CRA regulations. Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external auditors, you will manage statutory deductions and remittances, ensuring an efficient payroll operation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle payroll processing for all employee groups
  • Ensure compliance with CRA and provincial payroll regulations
  • Manage all payroll remittances and statutory deductions
  • Prepare for and respond to payroll audits effectively
  • Maintain payroll governance through documented controls
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Finance
  • 5+ years experience in Ontario payroll management
  • Strong understanding of CPP, EI, and provincial regulations
  • Experience with payroll audit support
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting
