What you will do:

• Process accounts payable invoices for multiple dealerships in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor's statements
• Issue payments to vendors, as per payment policies
• Answer vendor's inquiries and resolve payments disputes
• Monitor and control Account Receivables 
• Post and match payments received to proper customer's accounts.
• Submit accounts receivables statements 
• Follow up on past-due accounts 
• Investigate billing discrepancies with professionalism

For this role, come equipped with:

• Experience working in the automotive industry.
• Experience working within an office with accounting functions.
• Strong typing and digital record-keeping accuracy
• Excellent organization and keen attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• The ability to develop positive relationships with all personnel and management.
• The motivation and drive to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrated reliability in attendance.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is considered an asset.

Compensation:   Our compensation is an approximate range and reflects many factors including sales and customer satisfaction.
