How you will make an impact:
Seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst who will provide analytic support to the Accounts Receivable team. The successful candidate will implement accounting, controls and compliance procedures to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. In addition, the position holder will identify and recommend operational improvement opportunities, and support leadership in achieving of business objectives.
They will be responsible for accurate Accounts Receivable reporting including all journal entries as well as the preparation of all monthly and quarterly reconciliations. They will be a member of a large team and provide support in review and maintenance of AR processes, metrics and improvements.
What you will do:
• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting packages
• Strong understanding of the full accounts receivable cycle
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including use of v and x lookups and pivot tables • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment and to be flexible in adapting to shifting priorities • Ability to work independently and also with a team-focused environment Travel requirements Less than 25% domestic/international travel requiredCompensation
