This role emphasizes communication with a diverse clientele in Mandarin and Cantonese while providing top-notch customer service. You'll be responsible for vehicle sales, conducting test drives, and maintaining professionalism throughout each interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed information on vehicles for sale
- Close automotive sales and offer additional products
- Conduct test drives and address customer objections
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Use sales management software for efficiency
- Minimum 3 years in a sales position
- OMVIC certification and valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese or Mandarin
- Self-motivated with a passion for customer service
- Comfortable presenting in front of the camera
