Corporate Parts Manager

How You'll Make an Impact Here:
Grow Parts Revenue:
Identify and execute opportunities to increase parts sales across the company, including new revenue channels and our online parts strategy.
Own Inventory Performance:
Lead the corporate purchasing and inventory strategy, improve the stock order process, and ensure branches have the right parts at the right levels.
Protect & Improve Margins:
Review procurement costs, pricing, promotions, price increases, consumables, and SKU requirements to identify opportunities to improve gross margins.
Manage Returns & Recoveries:
Strengthen processes for parts returns, warranty claims, core charge recovery, and other areas that directly protect parts profitability.
Strengthen Supplier Relationships : Manage OEM and non-OEM supplier relationships, negotiate opportunities, and leverage company buying power to improve cost and availability.
Turn Data into Action:
Use historical performance, market trends, inventory data, and KPIs to identify issues, set priorities, and drive measurable improvements.
Execute Across the Network:
Work closely with Operations Managers, Parts teams, Marketing, Pricing, Sales Management, and Vendor Management to implement changes accurately and consistently.
Improve Customer Experience:
Partner with branches to remove barriers, improve parts availability and processes, and deliver stronger customer experience.
Lead & Develop:
Coach and mentor team members while supporting performance, development, staffing, and a positive, productive work environment.
