At FFUN Motorsports Winnipeg East our Parts Department is an important part of creating a smooth and positive experience for our guests and internal teams. Were looking for a Assistant Parts Manager who can support the daily flow of the department guide the team and help ensure the right parts and accessories are available when needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong parts experience who is organized reliable and ready to take the next step into a leadership role.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead the day-to-day workflow of the Parts Department
• Support and guide Parts team members with priorities processes and follow-up
• Assist technicians service advisors and customers with parts and accessory needs
• Source order receive return and process parts accurately
• Monitor special orders backorders pricing and timelines
• Support inventory accuracy organization and proper billing on repair orders
• Identify process gaps and help improve department efficiency
• Maintain a clean safe and organized parts area

What Were Looking For:

• Previous dealership motorsports powersports marine or automotive parts experience
• Knowledge of motorcycles ATVs side-by-sides snowmobiles marine or related products is an asset
• Parts Technician Certificate is considered an asset
• Experience supporting or guiding others is considered an asset
• Strong organization attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to multi-task prioritize and stay calm under pressure
• Strong computer skills; PBS experience is an asset
• Team-first customer-focused attitude
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License upon employment
