Restaurant Assistant Manager Prairie Donair Northtown Location 345 Northtown Rd Winnipeg, MB Salary 30.20 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Early morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Languages English Education College/CEGEP Experience 2 years to less than 3 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Evaluate daily operations Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff Set staff work schedules Supervise staff Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Conduct performance reviews Organize and maintain inventory Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Address customers' complaints or concerns Manage events Supervision 11-15 people Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge MS Office MS PowerPoint MS Word Until: 2026-10-24
