Shape clear corporate communications for BMO remotely, using strategic writing and senior leader advising to support regional priorities and change adoption.As Senior Communications Manager, you will work directly with the Regional President and regional leadership. You will develop communications strategies, advise on audiences and channels, and create focused content. Your work supports business goals, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, and trust.Key Responsibilities:
Develop communications strategies and plans for regional prioritiesAdvise on messages, timing, sequencing, and communications risksCreate emails, presentations, remarks, newsletters, and videoLead communications for sensitive, confidential, high-priority workAssess effectiveness and recommend practical improvementsRequirements:
Typically five to seven years of relevant experiencePost-secondary degree in Communications, Public Relations, or JournalismStrong writing, editing, storytelling, and senior advising skillsStrong judgement, collaboration, influence, and relationship-building abilitiesComfort using digital and AI tools, including Microsoft CopilotBring strategic communications, trusted advising, and audience-focused storytelling to BMO’s regional leadership communications team remotely.
