Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.We offer a hybrid work model designed to give you the best of both worlds, flexibility and meaningful in-person connection. You’ll spend a minimum of three days a week with us at our Corby Office, (225 King St. W. We are seeking an experienced communications professional to join Corby Spirit and Wine as a Senior Manager, Corporate Communications. This role is responsible for leading corporate communications and employee engagement across Corby, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. This role reports into the Head of Corporate Communications for Pernod Ricard North America. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate communications expertise, excellent judgment, and the ability to operate strategically, independently and hands‑on in a dynamic environment.What you will do:
Provide strategic counsel and hands‑on support across a range of communication needsDevelop executive messaging, presentations, and internal narratives aligned to business prioritiesLead the development and execution of Corby’s internal communications strategyEnsure employees are informed, aligned, and engaged through clear and consistent messagingManage core internal channels and editorial planningLead planning and execution of Corby town hallsDevelop agendas that reflect business priorities and employee needsPrepare and coach speakers to deliver clear, authentic messagesOversee logistics in partnership with internal stakeholdersLead internal events and engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and connectionPartner across HR and leadership teams to deliver high‑impact employee experiencesAct as a communications partner to Marketing and Sales teamsSupport campaigns and product launches with clear, audience‑focused messagingEnsure alignment between internal and external narratives where appropriate.Responsible for overall direction on external corporate communications, including media relations, reputational messaging, and executive visibility opportunitiesPartner with Finance, Legal, and leadership teams to support investor‑related communications and ensure messaging is accurate, aligned, and appropriately reviewedHelp maintain consistency between internal, external, and investor‑facing narratives, particularly around business performance, strategy, and key corporate milestonesManage the Corby communications budgetTrack spend and ensure resources are used efficiently and effectivelyDevelop and track metrics to assess the effectiveness of internal communicationsUse insights to refine strategies and improve engagement over timeCollaborate with North America and global partners on Sustainability and Responsibility communicationsEnsure alignment with broader corporate priorities and messagingWhat you bring
8 to 10 years of experience in corporate communications, experience working for a publicly traded company a plusProven experience supporting senior executives and advising on communications strategyStrong writing and editing skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesExperience planning and executing town halls and employee engagement initiativesAbility to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environmentStrong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approachExperience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, HR, and leadership teamsComfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on executionKey Attributes
