Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Principal SAP CX Solution Architect to lead SAP Customer Experience (CX) advisory, architecture, transformation, and implementation engagements across utility, energy, public sector, and commercial industries

What you will do

• Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced Principal SAP CX Solution Architect to lead SAP Customer Experience (CX) advisory, architecture, transformation, and implementation engagements across utility, energy, public sector, and commercial industries.
• The architect will serve as the senior SAP CX leader responsible for shaping customer engagement strategies, leading platform assessments, designing enterprise-scale solutions, overseeing implementations, and acting as the trusted advisor to client business and technology stakeholders.
• This role requires deep expertise in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, SAP Service Cloud Version 2, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Customer Data solutions, AI-enabled customer engagement capabilities, and end-to-end CRM transformation program

Qualification

The candidate should possess a balance of business process, enterprise architecture, and implementation delivery experience and be capable of leading both pre-sales pursuits and large-scale SAP CX transformation programs from strategy through deployment.

• CRM & Customer Engagement Strategy
• Advise clients on CRM and customer engagement transformation strategies.
• Lead CRM platform evaluations, assessments, and roadmap development.
• Define future-state customer engagement capabilities.
• Facilitate executive workshops with business and technology leaders.
• Develop CRM operating models and governance frameworks.
• Support CRM platform selection and business case development.
• Align customer engagement strategy with broader enterprise transformation initiatives.
• SAP CX Solution Architecture 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:  CAD 85,000- CAD 180,000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
