- Assess life insurance applications totaling up to $3,000,000
- Provide risk assessments to support sales team efforts
- Analyze complex financial and medical data
- Collaborate with reinsurers to manage risks effectively
- Coach junior underwriters to enhance decision-making skills
- 3+ years of relevant underwriting experience
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of medical and financial terminology
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field
- Strong English communication skills
