- Provide strategic oversight of regulatory engagements
- Lead development and execution of consultation processes
- Identify consultation risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Oversee engagement material development for projects
- Collaborate with Regulatory and Development teams
- 8+ years' experience in Indigenous engagement
- Strong understanding of British Columbia's regulatory processes
- Proven ability to mentor junior team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
