Staff Visual Designer for Digital Transformation
Creative Niche
Join a leading Canadian enterprise in Toronto as a Staff Visual Designer. Help reshape digital experiences through scalable design systems in a hybrid work setting. You will work on a six-month contract with strong potential to extend as part of a team dedicated to a major digital transformation. This role requires a candidate who can translate innovative ideas into scalable templates and reusable components. Focus on defining modern marketing experiences while collaborating with UX designers and developers. Key Responsibilities:
• Translate creative vision into scalable templates and design patterns
• Define marketing experiences within a modern CMS ecosystem
• Extend and evolve existing design systems for customer needs
• Create reusable frameworks for quick team deployments
• Document design standards and decisions for future reference Requirements:
• 10+ years of visual design experience
• Proven experience building operational design systems
• Strong portfolio showcasing scalable digital designs
• Advanced expertise in Figma and component-based environments
• Solid visual skills in typography, layout, and motion Utilize your expertise in visual design and systems thinking to contribute to transformative digital experiences.
