Equity Trader: Analyze and Execute

You will also contribute to projects aimed at improving trading analytics and workflows. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute trades on the Toronto desk in global markets
- Work with external trading counterparties and exchanges
- Aid in the enhancement of trading systems and processes
- Share insights and analytics within investment teams
- Drive improvements in trading performance and strategies
- 0–3 years of relevant trading experience
- Degree in Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Interest in market structure and trading dynamics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
