Head of Salestrading Canadian Equity Business

You will pioneer growth strategies and maintain execution excellence while collaborating with internal teams. This newly created role is pivotal for expanding our market footprint. Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with pension funds and sovereign wealth clients
- Generate actionable insights and thematic market recommendations
- Collaborate with various departments for high-quality execution
- Manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance rigorously
- Represent the Canadian franchise in internal and regional markets
- Ten or more years of experience in sales trading
- Expertise in Canadian equity markets with institutional focus
- Proven track record in high-quality execution
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Required licensure for Canadian markets or ability to obtain
