Elevate employee capability as the Manager of Learning at Canadian Tire in Toronto (Hybrid). Lead transformative learning initiatives that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. Join the Talent & Leader Effectiveness team at Canadian Tire Corporation. In this role, you will oversee the Triangle Learning Academy and manage a portfolio that encompasses onboarding, compliance, and leadership development programs. Collaborate with business leaders to identify learning needs and design impactful solutions aligned with company goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide learning programs
- Oversee the Triangle Learning Academy’s content and engagement strategies
- Develop and coach a team of learning professionals
- Partner with HR to assess and fulfill capability gaps
- Manage Workday Learning and vendor relationships
- 5+ years in enterprise learning program leadership
- Experience with Workday Learning or similar systems
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning
- Proven project management and facilitation skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
