Lead strategic learning and development initiatives as the Manager of Learning Partnerships at OFIFC. This hybrid role focuses on expanding partnerships and revenue-generating training opportunities.
The OFIFC seeks a dedicated manager to oversee learning partnerships and instructor excellence. You will be pivotal in developing revenue-generating training initiatives that meet community needs, while also managing instructor teams. Strengthening external partnerships and fostering innovative learning opportunities will be central to this role's impact on organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Indigenous organizations
- Identify and support revenue-generating training opportunities
- Collaborate on partnership agreements and training plans
- Monitor training participation and partnership outcomes
- Represent OFIFC in relevant meetings and conferences
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Education, Indigenous Studies, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in training coordination or development
- Robust understanding of Indigenous learning approaches
- Project management and organizational skills
- Experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement
