• Manage private placement subscription reviews and communications
• Track orders and coordinate with dealers for financings
• Confirm compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Keep transaction records pertinent and organized
• Conduct daily inventory reconciliations

• 5+ years experience in financial services
• 2 years minimum in capital markets
• Proficient analytical and communication skills
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Dataphile and NIAD preferred
