Calypso Developer for Capital Markets

Join First Derivative as a Calypso Developer, specializing in implementation and transformation within global capital markets. We are expanding our Calypso practice at First Derivative and need skilled developers experienced in implementation, upgrades, and transformation projects. This role involves designing and delivering solutions within large-scale capital markets environments using a robust Java architecture. Your contribution will help propel organizations into the future through complex greenfield projects and stakeholder collaboration. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver Calypso solutions across trade lifecycles
- Collaborate with Front Office and Risk stakeholders
- Support greenfield implementations and upgrades
- Integrate Calypso with external systems via APIs
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across processes
- Proven experience in Calypso development
- Strong Java skills including Spring and Hibernate
- Understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
