Seeking Full-Time House Manager / Nanny for energetic and joyful family w/ three children

Seeking Full-Time (30-40hrs per week) Household Manager / Nanny About Our Family We are a warm, active Christian family with three young children (ages 6, 3, and 1) seeking a full-time Household Manager / Nanny to become an important part of our home. Our faith shapes the way we seek to care for one another, raise our children, and steward our household.

 Our home is busy and energetic. Dad is a senior executive whose role involves occasional travel, and Mom is a full-time mother deeply engaged in raising our young family. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping a busy household run smoothly and who takes genuine satisfaction in serving a family through both exceptional childcare and household management.

We hope to find someone who is kind, highly dependable, organized, and able to balance structure with creativity and fun. Responsibilities Childcare:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for our three children throughout the day.
• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities including crafts, reading, imaginative play, outdoor adventures, and trips to parks and playgrounds.
• Support healthy routines, nap times, good manners, and family values while maintaining boundaries established by the parents.
• Confidently manage the needs of multiple young children with patience, grace, and a joyful attitude.
• Perform diaper changes and provide attentive infant and toddler care.
• Foster a home environment that is safe, encouraging, and full of warmth.

Household Management:

• Prepare healthy, balanced, home-cooked lunches and dinners for the family during the work week.
• Develop weekly meal plans and grocery shopping lists.
• Shop for groceries and household essentials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized home through regular housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, general cleaning and tidying, and basic clothing mending as needed.
• Help keep children's bedrooms, toys, and common living spaces organized.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience caring for infants and multiple young children.
• An excellent, confident cook who enjoys preparing nutritious, well-balanced family meals from scratch.
• Dependable, punctual, and exceptionally reliable with track record of excellent attendance.
• Comfortable working consistent, predictable hours, ex. Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm. or 10-6.
• Able to balance warmth and playfulness with the ability to maintain routines and reinforce family expectations.
• Kind, patient, imaginative, and energetic.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada as a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
