We are a busy professional family in Calgary with two school-aged children (ages 8 and 6) seeking an experienced Household Manager / Family Assistant to help keep our household running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating order and reducing stress for busy families. Childcare is a component of the role, but the primary focus is household management and family support. Key Responsibilities:

• Household Management
• Laundry, folding and putting away clothing
• Daily household tidying and organization
• Maintaining organized closets, cupboards, toy areas and storage spaces
• Managing household inventory and proactively identifying items requiring replenishment
• House cleaning and coordination of periodic deep cleaning
• Seasonal household organization and transitions
• Meal Preparation
• Weekly meal planning
• Preparing lunches and snacks as required
• Coordinating contractors, deliveries and household service providers
• Preparing for family trips, weekends away, holidays and special events
• Running occasional household errands
• Childcare Support
• Supervision of children when required
• Other house-related tasks, as required.
