Nanny Wanted - Scarboro Family Seeking Part Time House Manager/Nanny For 2 Year Old Daughter - Full Time

We’re a busy working professional family in the SW Calgary of Scarboro looking for a warm, reliable, organized, and proactive house manager to assist in caring for our 20 month old daughter. As our daughter will be attending daycare part-time, the role would be split between household support on Tuesday and Thursday and nannying on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Got household support the focus would be on laundry, cleaning, and helping with meal prep. On any days that our daughter is unable to attend daycare, childcare would become the primary responsibility. The position is Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Approximately 25 hours per week. Additional hours may be available based on availability and need. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

• Brings creativity and enthusiasm to play, learning, and daily routines
• Takes initiative and is comfortable with housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, occasional errands (ex. groceries) and other household tasks
• Loves spending time with young children, including creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, independence, and learning
• Communicates clearly and proactively (comfortable giving updates, asking questions, and coordinating schedules)
• Is comfortable preparing and providing toddler-friendly meals or snacks
• Follows consistent routines (meals, naps, play, outdoor time) while staying flexible to our daughter’s needs
• Is organized, reliable and nurturing
• Is safety-conscious and attentive to details in both childcare and home management
• Loves dogs — we have a big, friendly (but admittedly lazy) one who may need the occasional walk
• Has recently obtained infant CPR certification and a criminal record check
• Has a driver’s license (an asset, but not essential)
• Currently authorized to work in Canada
